In the US, I don't know if I'm legally allowed to tell you that there
are bunches of DVD players that seem to have workarounds that let them
play DVDs from outside Region 1. Or that there seems to be software
that lets you read non-Region 1 DVDs on your computer drives. So I will
merely tell you that there may be legal restrictions, or licensing
questions, concerning what you can play, and you may wish to take those
into account in deciding on your future acts.
