Mine certainly don't. (Large cat, DVD player, blue arc. The player
could not be repaired, but it's now on exhibit in a museum of
electrical horrors. The cat did not enjoy the experience, but he,
unlike the DVD player, recovered.)
Somehow, I don't think that use-case was included when kitty dangly-bits
were being designed. :-) Definitely a sign of robust engineering.
Multiply-redundant life force packets. Cats are famous for them.
