Ray Bradbury has an op-ed in the LA Times calling for the construction of a
monorail in LA, to deal with the traffic problem.

Good luck, Ray, but you'll have to get past that Simpsons episode first.
What weirds me out about the article is the sense of timelessness. Nearly
every bit of it could have appeared any time in the last forty years,
including the first sentence, "Sometime in the next five years, traffic all
across L.A. will freeze."
