I am quite aware that Holmes was dissenting, but Lochner is so
thoroughly discredited that we can assume that the modern legal
consensus agrees.

My point was that the majority in Lochner made essentially the same
argument that Mr. Wilson did with regard to maximum hours laws. It
ignores the contract of adhesion problem.
