Thank you. At the time I entered Chapter 13, fewer then 30% of debtors
in Chapter 13 managed to complete their plans. Now with the "reforms"in
place, more and more will be forced into Chapter 13s with no hope of
success, which is the way the credit card companies wanted it and paid
for.
