Created since 1608 ?
Lots.
The Netherlands, Belgium survive to this day as does Norway (1905).
Greece (1832, 1862) is now a republic as is Portugal (1640). Most of
the successor states of the Ottoman Empire from Libya to Albania to
Iraq started as monarchies, if only by elevating the top chief.
In the last 40 years, I suggest Spain (1978).
