Can't hurt, if you feel up to it; browser usage statistics
are pretty iffy, but at a rough about 25% don't use IE.
Googling around, it looks as though for the U.S. it's 20-40% depending
who you believe, but for the world, which is probably more relevant
here, it's about 15%.
Those are market share figures, so overstate the number who don't have
Explorer--I expect quite a lot of people use Firefox or Safari but have
a copy of Explorer that they can use if necessary.
