I'm perfectly willing to conceed that you may be correct about the
'most'. Especially if we are using it in the sense of 'more than half'.

And especially if one includes "Everyone my age would see this as a
highly desirable opportunity (I know, because everyone says so in the
locker room, on TV, in Usenet, etc) so it must be desirable and the fact
that I'm uncomfortable with it must mean something's wrong with me and
what if someone finds out?" in the definition of "regard the opportunity
[...] as a highly desirable one". (With optional "I guess I'll have to
take this opportunity so no-one will know there's something wrong with
me.")

That is, I expect that the questions "Do you regard this as a highly
desirable opportunity?" and "Would you do this?" and "Would you want to
do this?" would not get identical results even if there were some
as-yet-undiscovered-to-researchers method of getting people to give
accurate answers on surveys about sex.

Oh, and of course results would also depend on your definition of
"teenaged boys". There's a big difference between 13 and 19.
