I say, install clocks in babies, with their ID chips. That way, they
maintain a personal chronology throughout the years, based on the time
they personally experience. Time dilation would affect the clock in
the same way it affects the person. Then you could get weird effects,
like two people on the same ship aging at different rates according to
their clocks, and have to figure out which clock is right.
