I've long wanted for a sort of "electronic bulletin board" where I can create "pieces of paper" of any size (re-sizeable later, of course), and then add text to them (quickly, mind you - I hate it when software is slower than the speed at which I think), and then place and re-place those pieces of paper in relation to each other as I see fit.

Being able to draw directly onto the bulletin board, in addition to having those pieces of "electronic paper", would also be nice, of course.
