No. I am in the fortunate position that my "work" is actually my
hobby, so (generally speaking) it's something I want to do, and I
enjoy doing it. And if I don't feel like doing it, I don't. When I
have something big to do which requires concentrated attention, then
(after a winding-up period of variable length) I usually clear the
decks, disconnect from the internet, get my head down and get on with
it. But for most of the time, work, snacking, strolling around the
house thinking, checking email messages, responding to forum comments
etc are interspersed at random. Fortunately I don't have a cat, or the
beast would be bald...
