I wonder whether hairdressers don't spray some funny substance into the
air that have you think they did a good job, just long enough for you to
pay and leave, and then see the reality reflected in the first
shopwindow.
I've never gotten a chance to find out; the hairspray stuff stinks to
high heaven and I either decline it or wash it out at the first
opportunity.
