I missed the literature references, drat. I'd count those as
an anomaly, because I can't see any way of claiming that
Sunshine's world is ours, even with the parallels it has.
An alternate Earth I'd buy, Florida and the Catskills I'd

I think so.

You might be able to get
there from here if they came from the voodvork out at some
point not too long before the Vampire Wars.

I'm pretty certain not, but the next time I read it I'll
pay more attention to the possibility.
