"knowing about". A lot of what you, and other people, include in

They're all also 'knowing' kinds of things, especially the last
three.

And assembling bits of context around them makes them the more so.

Last night I made a journal post of things I'd accomplished that day; it
included "Remembered to eat." This strikes me as interesting incluing.
