Not a problem, I called my ISP and found out they had newsgroups, now I have
a real Usenet client.

I have a number of folks who I trust to go over and they are good enough
folks to tell me what they really think, which is what I want when they read
it.

Well I was not intending to put it up for critical review, I just wanted to
show where I was as a writer, hopefully above the bad slushpile examples
that where posted on another thread, while at the same time I know I am far
from being a skilled writer, hopefully at least minimally competent. The
age issue you and another good soul pointed out is a artifact that needs to
be gutted out of the story. the story started out as a young adult story,
but grew in a way that it(the story) is no longer a young adult novel.
Need to bump him up to his 20's.
