population sizes for colonising a planet

ok.
just a simple q here.
say you were writing a book about an essentially one way colony voyage.
the trip was going to take 100 years each way.
people etc are frozen for duration.
at the end of the trip you are establishing a colony. the colony has to
sustain itself population wise for at least 120 years before the next ship.
with the possibility no more ships will come. after all who can say what
will or has happened in a 100 year plus gap.
how many people would you send in order to make a viable colony without too
much inbreeding?
