I just did (a little before 5 Eastern). Your page just kept loading
and loading (maybe counting?). Then I did a ctrl/alt/del to see what's
going on. Didn't seem special to me (but I don't know much). The brws
closed "on its own".

Maybe something's hanging *** on these froups during/after all
that robospam.

Beau Blue's site didn't do what your site does (did).

(Trouble is that I went up one msg and clicked on my own link -- your
"user route" -- and there wunt nuthin' but us chickens, ah, poultry.)

There's a good idea. Go to a friend's computer and see what your site
does.

I checked Dennis's web page and read through it's scripting
then virus-scanned the three images and the js.js file, and
I did not find anything that would cause you problems.

It's a head scratcher, eh?

Makes me disappointed. I tried again. Same thing. Neither of my
computers get along with his site. If yours is ok, then the problem
has to be on my ends (two different computers/ servers/ ...); I don't
understand why it's only his site. If I try a third server/computer
I'll update.

Just Curious: What brands and versions of firewall, anti-virus,
and anti-spam software are you using?

Cat:

Symantec and AVG

I assume you are identifying your anti-virus software as
Norton AntiVirus and AVG Anti-Virus Pro or Free Edition.

Running two anti-virus programs at once? On both computers?
Not good. Pick one and dump the other -- your choice, I have
no opinion on which one to keep because I use neither. Norton
has been plummeting downhill toward being fluffware ever since
Symantec bought the products so I stopped using Norton stuff
and I have never used AVG. I expect most people will tell you
to keep Norton because they 'know the name'.

Meat Plow:

The home symptom (AVG) is a stuck page.

The other symptom is a popup:

Scan type: Realtime Protection Scan
Event: Virus Found!
Virus name: Downloader

etc...

Make the two lines below one line then paste into your browser's
address box to see what Symantec has to say about 'Downloader'.
