I'm the mad march wind

About 40 years ago at school, we learned to recite a poem along the
lines of: "I'm the mad March wind, and I'm fierce and strong,
wooooooooooooooooooooo ...". Of course the memory could have changed
the wording a bit over that time, but does it ring a bell with anyone?
I'm of the impression it was a relatively well known poem.
