Try Baccarat Solitaire for a fast moving game of Solitaire.

Truly, it takes all kinds. I see solitaire is something you do
only when you're so damn bored you've already read all the cereal

That's rather harsh. I can't imagine a day without games . . . or one sort or another. Whether solitaire, jump rope with my granddaughter (when will I learn that that hurts my knees), mahjong, Sudoku or a crossword puzzle . . . I can't imagine a day without games of one sort or another. But then, it takes all kinds.

Indeed! One of the best things about being retired is that I can fritter away some time doing something for no other reason than that it's what I feel like doing at the time. Nobody can tell me that I "ought" to be doing something else. I kept my nose to the grindstone for nearly 60 years, and now it's my turn to play.
