Ahhh I can hear my arteries clogging just at the thought :)

And now I'm hungry, dammit.

Come to Canada sometime. Many restaurants serve beans with their
breakfasts, especially in Quebec for some reason.

I live in an area in Toronto (The Beaches)

I'm just a 15-minute walk away from the Beaches.

which must be the all day
breakfast capital of the world, probably because of the British
influence (it's like a British/Irish ghetto). The "Big Man" or
"Lumberjack" specials are a dilly.

The all-day breakfast is common all over Toronto. When I lived
downtown (Yonge & Wellesley), there were at least half a dozen
places serving all-day breakfasts within a 5-minute walk.

My favourite place (The Artful Dodger) served them on the week-end
only, and for less than $5.00, they served eggs, bacon, sausages,
baked beans, homefries *and* a pint! The price has since gone up,
and no longer includes the beer.

You can still get a good deal on breakfasts, most places have a special
price until 11.00am it can be as low as $3.50 for three eggs, bacon,
ham or sausage (no beer!). I think it would cost me more than that to
buy the ingredients, take them home and cook them.

I remember way back a bunch of us would meet every Sunday morning for
the buffet breakfasts at The Royal York - They were really something.
