Re: Whacha reading?



I'm presently finishing up the book we discussed, and that Jane
recommended, "Breaking the Spell" by Daniel C. Dennett. Actually, I
finished the book, now I'm reading the appendices. Wonderful book,
calling for a scientific analysis of religion, if you're so inclined.

I also started a book by an author heretofore unknown to me, "Natural
Law" by D.R. Schanker. Has anyone ever read anything by him? This
apears to be his second book, and it mentions that his first, "A
Criminal Appeal" was nominatd for the Edgar. I'm only four chapters
in, but it seems good so far.
