The HISS of the snake filled the classroom as its head shot forward, then
flattened into a hood.
Lifting the plastic lid, Dr.Meg Brewster used her right hand to quickly grip
the snake behind its jaws.
Then in one sweep, she lifted the boa clear of the case so her Adult Ed
students could get a closer look.
The snake firmly in hand, she continued her lecture,"Here is another
favorite with people who enjoy snake pets," she said carrying the coiling
reptile past the front row of students.
