Two more units without the top-end quality of the VR with tracking and
without the other features of the VR? Gotta say, the VR is a pretty
first-rate 1U option.

Here are the Octapak drawings in a PDF format (Adobe Reader). The unit
is shown in three views with a 788T drawn in light green for
comparison. One version is for SRa and SRa5p, the other is SRa only. A
pair of L  batteries are on the bottom. The SRa5p has more detailed
notes, so look at it first. The main differences are size. We can also
shorten the bottom flange a little to reduce the height in the bag,
though that was considered minor.

The drawings don't give you the feeling for size that the mockups at
Location Sound do but it is better than nothing. You, of course, can
zoom in to get a better picture as the resolution is fairly high. In
fact with a ruler you can adjust the image using the percentage zoom
window to adjust to real size on your monitor.

Hi Larry,

Looks like the parts could maybe squeeze into a single rack space
version. No? An 8 channel single rack space system would be killer.
