Anybody have experience with both the B5D hollow foam teardrop and the
B20 basket pop screen on an MK41 and can tell me if one of these two
color the sound less?
The B5 solid foam teardrop was for a long time my every-time pop
protection for stationary interior placements, but lately I've been
using the MK41 bare when possible and the sound is noticeably better
without a screen... until the interviewee launches a puff of air
upwards.
I imagine either of the B5D or B20 will be an improvement on the B5. I
just don't feel like paying for both to do my own comparison. So...
any opinions?
Thanks,

windtech make exelent double foam and good tear drops
the double foam or tear drop could be wrapped by mic muff so you can
work outside in moderate wind
