Yes, but unless you are running the 64 bit version of Vista (and there
are even less drivers available for that version) You can only use 3
gigabytes of RAM and no more. Even if you load your system up with 16
gigs of RAM. 32 Bit Vista will only see the first 3 gig. Not good for a
memory hog like Vista.
It's up to 4GB's now for 32 bit with SP1.

I don't think this change with Service pac 1 makes any difference as far as
memory usable to the operating system. It just changes the accuracy of the
4 places the operating system reports the amount of installed memory. 32
Bit can only address 4 Gigabytes of Ram. However the area between 3 gigs
and 4 gigs are memory mapped to IO busses and to shared Video Ram. So no
more memory will be available to your applications with SP1 . It will just
tell you the size of the Memory installed. (not the size available for use)
