Anyone have any experience in miking the action on a basketball court?
I am interested in picking up the sound on the court.

Joe,

Players individually (w/ body packs) or the game action itself?

We used to tape the cables of ecm50s to the top of the backboard and
let them dangle down the back. It made for an interesting sort of
blanga-blanga sound.

Some of the guys used shotguns pointed at the floor to get the shoe
squeak.
