The time code will be exact.
Your edit system will need to be able to read this time code.
Even better, connect a lockit type of tc generator on the Cam, dump
the TC on track 2, put the cam mic on TR one, lock twice a day,
Load it in the FCP/Avid, and you can auto sync it.
