recommendations for ideal documentary package

Hi
I may have a series of documentary style films in Africa coming up.
I'm looking for recommendations for the best gear package for this
work. I'm not really an ENG kind of guy having worked off a cart most
of the time. However, the thought of Africa excites me a lot and
therefore I am all willing... :)
My considerations are
1. Weight and bulk - lightest possible
2. Reliability - no RF issues, no powering issues - no repair shop
within maybe 5000 miles!
3. Easy backup and transfer of data
Recorder, Mixer or combo
Wireless system - 2 and 2 in the box for any extra requirements AND
wireless boom (1 unit)
Wireless cam feed system - 2 channel feed
Microphones - boom
IFB for 4 people (cam, dir, producer plus one standby)
Shoulder bag and harness system (VERY IMP!)
Carry cases (I want to have just 1 case to go on the road and the rest
of the gear can rest in the hotel or basecamp)
Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
best
