Adaptor TA5-3.5

I have one Senn Evolution mic, and many lavs set up with TA5 for my
Lectros. Anybody ever buy/build an adaptor with TA5 on one side and
3.5 plug on the other? I don't want to be limiterd to the ME2 that
came with the Senny.
