With the Deva, you select which tracks you wish to mirror (copy, burn)
to the DVD-RAM media, internal or external, or external drive on the
Firewire port. Then, only that selected track will be copied. With the
744T (no built in mirror or burn facility, yet) you would first copy all
the files to your computer and that is where you would make (burn) your
disk fore delivery. The area that I am a little foggy on is how you
would split out ONLY track 1 from a poly file if that is the only track,
of possibly several within the file, that you wish to deliver. I am sure
Courtney's wonderful (but Windows only) Bwf Widget will do this with
poly files, and possibly the Fostex utility (I forgot what it is called
but works on both Mac and Windows) will accomplish this also.
