Need SFX, preferably free

Trying to help the make up artists daughter do her homework. She needs
30 seconds worth of sound FX to take in to school next week. She needs
the following:-

Gunshots
Explosions

Not sure if she wants serious, or comic, so maybe I should find her
both.

Ideally we will find these somewhere that we can download them for for
free.

Quality not a great issue at present, so mp3 would work, wav would be
better.

Anyone got any ideas?
