You may be right but I haven't had a bad DVD from Netflix yet. However, I
did get a couple of bad ones from Blockbuster. In addition, Blockbuster
seems to have a tendency to ship duplicates. You put a movie in your
queue and they ship you two copies - which slows down your queue even
further.
There was a period w/ netflix where >20% of their DVDs were cracked,
gouged, or otherwise unplayable. It seems they've gotten a handle on
whatever their problem was. I haven't had a cracked DVD in at least 9
months.
