The movie does state that this was the initial goal, but, man, it was some really scary sounding stuff. We're all supposed to have some kind of national ID card by 2008. It claimed that the law is already passed. It sounded very weird, and almost like science fiction. The transmitter injected into the body: did you see THAT?
