To Tom Day of Bugles Across America

So, Tom - taken my name off yer website yet? I keep trying to e-mail the
listed contacts, but three of the e-mails came back as defunct. Hoping the
one may have gotten through to you.
Still waiting on yer explanation of just how the "Bugles Across America"
which started as a plan to have lots of people play on the steps of
Madison's capitol, once you became publicly connected to Harvey Berish's
buddy Dave Schaafsma, became the current group with all those allegedly
registered live buglers - most of which don't get called.
And how are all yer buddies doing selling that fake bugle? Heard from yer
old friend Rocco Oliverio lately?
"Bugles Across America's Tom Day is one of those veterans who cares more
about other things than veterans honors. He first got started in drum &
bugle corps with a guy named Rocco Oliverio, who ran a fraudulent bingo
operation for a nonexistent corps decades before it got put out of business.
Now, Tom Day looks for personal glory finding buglers like myself who would
serve for free, and silencing us while his buddies sell fake bugles to
frustrated veterans. It's a scam, and you have been duped. Tom Day used my
name on his website for years after I first asked him to take it off, and he
has refused to answer a lot of my questions - because he knows I know he is
a fraud. I am sure a few of his buglers - those who are being lied to - do
good. But he doesn't."
