Not yet, but presumably their plans will be covered further along the
story arc, as we learn more about their plans for putting the girl in
the suit, and for building that Lodger-type console room.

Enlighten me. What are these plans?

See above.

Complaining that we don't know the details of their plans yet, is like
opening an Agatha Christie novel and complaining that it doesn't start
with, "It was me!  I killed Roger Ackroyd!"

Ok, that was a cheap shot.  Here's my theory of what the Silence's
plans are.  It doesn't explain everything, but it's a good start.

The Silence's Lodger-like console room means they're trying to build a
TARDIS.  But they need to prime it with the Rassilon Imprimature, as
in The Two Doctors.

To do that, they're growing their own Time Lord, based on a sample of
the Doctor's DNA implanted in Amy's womb.  Obviously her baby is the
regenerating girl, thatnks to the Doctor's DNA.

However (and here's where it gets complicated) they made the mistake
of taking it during A Christmas Carol.  That weird neck-slapping scene
will turn out to be the result of a Silence extracting the DNA, the
Doctor turning round, seeing it, then turning back and forgetting.

But time was still in flux while that happened, with the Scrooge-
alike's past and future still being changed.  That scene never
happened in the original unchanged version of the timeline.  The DNA
is in a state of temporal flux too, both existing and not existing at
the same time.  That's why Amy's pregnancy is in quantum supposition.

Of course, that still doesn't explain how the Silence got to the
future time of A Christmas Carol when they don't have time travel
yet.  Presumably one stowed away on the TARDIS, or something like
that.

Well, I'm sorry but I didn't notice any of that in the script. I can
only go by the woefully inadequate material that Mr. Moffat's
presented to date.

1) The Aliens microwave little old ladies in toilets.
2) That's the obstacle that makes the Doctor's plan seem so
preposterous. He might suggest that we kill them but he doesn't
explain how.

Really? Killing one woman means that it;'s preposterous that they
might not be open to killing EVERY HUMAN?

Really?

I could maybe believe "The Doctor's plan is not 100% assured victory",
but "preposterous"?

3) It didn't work, because their was one looking on years later when
the (other) Doctor got shot by a space suit.

Yeah, and one thing we know is that inthe Doctor Who universe, time
can't ever change.

Oh, wait.
