412 req for help, sub-titles, need a non- video version for someone going remote

We totally love the Doctor! I have a family member who is NOT
going to have access to anything but post mail for a few months.

Is there anything that might help me sort of write up a text version of the episodes (412 & 413)?

Is there a track with subtitles for hearing impaired?
Is there a track for visual impaired - the descriptive audio track?

Ah - like writing up a script I guess.
