Steady on!

Where do I begin, the atmospherics were brilliant with incredible use of
light and shadow, beautiful set design, some truly chilling moments
(particularly right at the end of the episode) and good performances
from all the actors, even the PA managed to come over sympathetically
IMHO. The Music deserves special mention - it heightened the atmosphere
to a huge extent.
It was a good episode, yes. I keep wondering (or perhaps wishing) if that
woman is Romana in disguise, but I imagine that's just fanwank :-)

At one point I wondered if she was the Rani in disguise and this whole
'from the future' angle was an effort to fool the Doctor for some
reason - might still be the case (that she's trying to fool him, not
that she's the Rani - though she could be), but she looks as though
she's going to be one of the good guys throughout. Bit intrigued by
the Doctor's comment in the trailer that Skeletal Dave "just killed
someone he liked" - does that mean River Song won't survive the story?

Who do fans still think The Rani is coming back? Forget it. the Rani was an embarrassing pantomime character from the worst era in the show's history.
