The canonicity of the Lost Season, likewise, is fair game to me. Many
of the scripts had been written, some were later novelized, but they
were never filmed and never broadcast. I don't personally regard them
as canonical, but I'd have to be an arrogant ass to tell others that
they couldn't be totally passionate and dedicated to a Whovian view of
the Doctor Who universe in which those stories were indeed totally
canonical.

When the Two Doctors was broadcast, the 2nd Doctor stated that he and Jamie
were on a mission for the Time Lords. Except there was no way that this
could possibly be true. Unless... What if the 2nd Doctor didn't regenerate
right at the end of the War Games?

Silly idea? Well maybe not. It gives plenty of scope fot the further
adventures of the 2nd Doctor. It provides a nice explanation for the problem
caused by the Two Doctors. It could even be used as a reason for the 2nd
Doctor and Jamie looking so much older. Finally, the guy that wrote the War
Games - Terrance Dicks - has since written a 2nd Doctor novel (World Game)
in which this actually happened.

Talking of which, I think it was World Game that originally introduced the
idea of psychic paper...

Give him his due Mr Dicks used the Season 6B theory for World Game
didn't he? ie the Doctor was used by the Time Lords between The War
Games and Spearhead from Space

Now if he could correlate the UNIT story dating with Mawdryn Undead
then that would be greatly appreciated
