Who will take over Mickey's website? (I have an idea.)

For a couple of weeks, http://whoisdoctorwho.co.uk was in
alternate-universe mode, with stuff about the Cybermen.
The current edition, with a game related to "The Idiot's Lantern", is
attributed only to "A friend."
Now that Mickey is out of the picture, who's going to take over the
website?
My suggestion: Kenny, the kid from "School Reunion". He seems like the
perfect quiet, geeky observer type. And he witnessed a lot more of
what happened than most of the kids at Deffry Vale School. Plus, he
actually met Mickey. It's plausible that they had some off-screen
interactions, which could include Mickey telling him about the website.
