Dr Who is a British programme, yes. It's also about an alien being from
another planet. If a TV show is any good, it makes no difference which
country is responsible for it. If you're are a fan, does it really matter
which country you're from, or which country you live in? Of course it
doesn't.

Why is Outpost Gallifrey so popular? Because it's good. It's comprehensive,
well put together. I don't think bashing other sites or other countries will
make your own website any more popular...
