Yes, but how? Do they randomly contact a number of viewers and ask them to
participate in the survey, or is there a group of preselected people
believed to fit the "representative" sample who respond to the survey every
week?

What's the nature of the survey? Do respondents just give a score out of
100, or are there numerous questions?

How are selected people who chose not to or could not respond to the survey
factored in to (or out of) the results?
