There are at least 2 faces on there that you wouldn't normally expect to
see, assuming that the story is set on Rose's Earth: Mickey and Pete.

I assume the plot is something along the lines of: someone in the Cyberman
Earth gets hold of Rose's phone from Mickey and works out how to cross into
our reality; there's a "bring the dead back to life" craze started; Pete
arrives; in Rose's reality something is done to make it easier for people to
cross over; the Cybermen invade.
