I do hope it is included because, as I said, it has some wonderful stuff.

don't know what the legal issues are though; the actors put in the work
for
free as it was for charity, not to have it released on a commercial DVD.
It does explain what happened to make the Doctor switch destination to Earth
instead of Barcelona.
