And I don't think anyone has asked him to die, have they? So nothing to
refuse...
He did have his own gravestone in his garden for a few years and would
periodically chalk in the current year as the year of his death. I
think he moved it to a churchyard when someone wrote "WANKER" on it
(shortly after Jon Pertwee died, if his story at the last Manopticon is
to be believed... oh, wait...).
