You have to pay BAGS (the operator of the Resort Airline Check In at Disney Resorts) IN ADVANCE for any baggage that a fee is required on by your airline. You CANNOT pay the fee at the resort.
Call Baggage Airline Guest Services at 407-284-1231 to pay the airline's luggage fees in advance of checking in at the Resort Airline Check-In desk.
If you fail to pay the appropriate fee in advance, you will end up taking all your baggage to the airport on the ME bus and will have to check it in there.
