Some restaurants still give a lot of food, but the food presentation
at Sanaa reminded me more of The Wave (especially the dessert
sampler). Those portions are tiny.
I was able to get discounted gift cards for Puck Express (they accept
at the Marketplace, not West Side), so I had a 10% discount as well as
the additional 20% discount I received from Costco. That to me is a
value, the food there is great and they don't skimp at all on
portions.
As far as chicken curry - there are SO many different kinds of
curry. This one is a red curry, but did not taste at all like the
red curry from the Food and Wine Festival a few years back (I actually
liked it better here). Many curries are yogurt based, but not all -
the red curry at Sanaa has no resemblance to a standard chicken curry
you might have at an Indian restaurant (then again, neither did my
tandoori). The vegetable samosas did taste pretty much the same as
anywhere else.

It used to be Disney restaurants were overpriced but you got a
boatload of food. Now they prices are the same but you get these tiny
little portions....that combo with the 3 tiny bowls doesn't look like
much food (for the money) in the photos.
