Keane, I don't consider it "pollution" at all! You're one of us and
most of us care about you and want to know how you're doing and
help see you through this. So I say go ahead and post your updates - you can put an "Off Topic" or "OT" tag in the subject line which
will make it easy for people to ignore it if they want to.

Glad to hear that the anti-nausea drugs are working for you. And three
chemo treatments down, three to go - I'd say that constitutes halfway!

As a general reply to everyone, *I* might be the one who has
a problem posting completely on going, off topic threads to a
newsgroup. It just doesn't seem... right.

(I'm one of those old-school usenet guys who still believes in
conserving bandwidth on usenet. Okay, so I never grew up.
Okay, so some of my replies here go wildly off topic. Okay, so
I run a semi-high-bandwidth website, but it's not on usenet! :-))

Besides, I sometimes find it disturbing to find many of my
radp posts on other websites, many times in different
languages... No need to post my medical history all over
the world. :-)

And even if I do post them here, I'll still maintain it on my
website, since I might as well keep a history of it someplace...

And I once again have to thank y'all for your support. This
is one of the best groups with the best community of people
on the 'net... Helps we're all Disney freaks, I suppose. :-)

(And yeah Laura, the anti-nausea drugs are working great!
For anyone else on chemo, the stuff is called Emend, and is
apparently designed specifically for chemo patients. It might
make the entire process livable...)

Keane
I am stunned that someone would take stuff from here and move
it to other websites! I just never thought of that.
Any updates would be welcome but checking your website is
just as easy.... Lisa
