No one seems to know why he opened fire like that. Sheesh!

Well, you know, small talk from home. " How's the weather, how is
everyone, and some nutball shot off 28 rounds and was shot
and killed. So what're you doin' today?"

I didn't wake until 6:37 this morning. That's sleeping in for me and it
seems to happen with every Disney trip as the week wears on.

It's called exhaustion. :-)

We met Barb. Will, Stephen and Steph had used the other three FastPasses
for a second ride on Everest. We then rode Dinosaur while the Schwabs went
to the Boneyard. There was something strange in the Dinosaur pre-show. The
room was darker than I've ever seen. So dark, you couldn't see anything,
including other people. The CM kept telling everyone to move all the way in
but people were bumping into each other and stumbling. I have no idea why
this happened - is there usually some subdued lighting in there?

I think it's always been dark in the movie pre-show, since they're
trying to get your eyes adjusted for a pretty dark, dark-ride.
Worse if you're in the queue outside for a very short time.

Before long, we heard from Stephen and Steph and all went to the Flame Tree
Barbecue for lunch. This was a first for us. The place was very crowded but
we found a table and enjoyed lunch. I also found they take the Disney
Dining Experience card here.

It's not bad, but they use too much sauce on the pork sandwich.
There's a lot more seating than you realize, with some nice tables
down by the lake overlooking ExE.

On to Soarin' which also said 20-minutes but was a complete walk-on. First
time I've seen that and the cold temperatures must be keeping people away.
It's probably around 50 degrees with a bit of a breeze - downright balmy
when you're from New York.

No kidding. I'd tolerate 50 degrees for an empty park. I'd just
tolerate the 50 degrees, right now. :-)

We met up with everyone back at the Boardwalk. Will hit the Bakery for a
slice of chocolate cake while everyone else had ice cream from the Sweet
Shop. Except me. How do you think I maintain this 3% body fat? Not buying
that, huh?

Forget a digit, maybe?

At the risk
of repeating a line I use in almost every trip report - I think I could
close every day with Illuminations.

I'm with you there.
