That may be so. But I still basically disagree that new or more
information has no bearing on a person's behavior. Not that there aren't
people like that! But people -- including, maybe even especially, children
-- have the capacity to learn and change their behavior based on what they
learn, and they do do that, even when the information comes from people or
groups or institutions or research that they have no emotional or social
connection to. But this discussion is getting far removed from Disney on a
Dime and jumping on beds, isn't it! :-)
