Rodney USED to be the same.

I don't believe I have ever been disrespectful to you. In fact, with
few exceptions (B1ckr, Paul T. and some assorted trolls), I don't
believe I have ever been disrespectful to anyone here. If anyone
believes otherwise, *PLEASE* let me know so that I can make sure to
apologize and make certain that I don't do it again.

Many times I just ignore your attacks on others. I generally only step
in (and this happens, what, once a year?) when I see it going to far.
You know the saying, "It's all just fun and games until someone loses an
eye," well here, it's all virtual, so no eyes are in jeopardy, but
contributors are. Your attitude on that seems to be that if a person
can't take it, then good riddance. Unfortunately, RADP has lost a lot
good contributors who were true Disney fans because of this. I know of
two personally and I have heard there are others.

If anyone stopped posting here because of me I think that says far
more about them than it does me. If I weild that kind of power over
them, what kind of self-esteem do those people have?

To stop participating in a newsgroup because of some words on a
screen, written by a guy who is OBVIOUSLY kind of goofy? There's
something far more wrong with that behavior than mine, if you ask me.

Life's too short to take bull*** in a newsgroup that seriously...
Which leads me to this:

Lately, he's been taking some barbs and
I'm just about over being cool about that. I've been holding back
because he's got reach and speed on me if we decide to box.

See, that's the difference between you and me. I haven't been "holding
back" or "being cool". I am telling you now what my opinion is. If you
don't like it, then you are free to say so, but I'm not going to stoop
to rudeness and ugliness just to try to "win" the argument.

Do you really think I'm doing anything other than adding to the
ridiculous drama that this DIDN'T have to become but did? Didn't
"...because he's got reach and speed on me if we decide to box," kind
of fill you in on how serious I was? Or I guess, since we're all
taking things so litterally: Didn't "...because he's got reach and
speed on me if we decide to box," kind of fill you in on how NOT
serious I was?
